Kutay Korkmaz was born in Ankara (Turkey) in 1994.
He has graduated from the Faculty of
Law at Bilkent University and completed his masters in Economy and Energy Law at Hacettepe
Univesity.
His practice focuses on construction law, contracts law, corporate law and the
resolution of disputes via arbitration.
He has advised project management companies on the
structuring, drafting and negotiation of construction and EPC agreements (including FIDIC
agreements).
He has taken part in many EU grant projects in Turkey, providing advice on the
management and completion of thereof.
